Return Policy

We want you to love your Radiance scrubs. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

Eligible items

• Unworn and unwashed (trying on for fit is fine), with all tags attached

• In the original packaging

How to start a return
Email us at scrubsradiance@gmail.com with your order number and the reason. We'll reply with return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return shipping
You cover return shipping — except when the item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong, in which case we cover it.

Exchanges
Need a different size? Email us and we'll arrange it — no need to place a new order.

Items we can't accept

• Scrubs that have been worn, washed, or are missing tags

• Items damaged after delivery
